Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnostics for patients with renal disease
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies for managing kidney disorders
• Oversee the treatment of patients on dialysis and monitor home dialysis programs
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding kidney health and management
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care
• Contribute to clinical research initiatives to advance knowledge and practices in nephrology
• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with healthcare standards

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology
• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
• CURRENT medical license to practice in the relevant state
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in nephrology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
