Sales Engineer MRO Products & Consumables

Location: UAE Type: Full-time Field-based

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong UAE client network to drive B2B sales of MRO products industrial equipment spares and consumables into manufacturing production packaging utilities and process industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and grow existing B2B accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Conduct client visits, site surveys, demos and trials
  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals and tenders
  • Negotiate pricing and achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Maintain CRM records and accurate sales
Requirements & Essential Experience
  • 35 years of direct B2B field sales experience in the UAE
  • Established contacts within manufacturing / process industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling at least 4 of the following:
  • Conveyor belts, rollers & components
  • Pumps, valves, hoses, fittings & spares
  • Industrial lubricants & MRO consumables
  • Material handling & lifting equipment
  • Packaging / processing machinery
  • Hygienic process equipment & consumables (Food & Beverage manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Immediate availability
  • Engineering Diploma or Degree (Mechanical / Industrial preferred)
  • Fluent English (Hindi / South Indian languages preferred; Arabic an advantage)
