Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, and detail-oriented Merchandising & Support Executive to join our team. This role is a key operational pillar in ensuring that our merchant partners effectively showcase the ENTERTAINER brand, creating seamless and visible experiences for our users. This role requires frequent travel across the UAE, so candidates must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a car. This is a full-time position, ideal for those looking to build a career in sales, merchandising, or brand operations, with potential opportunities for career progression within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to merchant partners to ensure ENTERTAINER branding is prominently and accurately displayed in line with brand standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for merchant partners on how to redeem ENTERTAINER vouchers, including program guidelines and Rules of Use.
  • Collect, document, and relay feedback from merchant partners to the sales and operations teams, highlighting successes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on branding compliance, identifying gaps and proactively suggesting actionable improvements.
  • Perform mystery shopping visits to assess and ensure compliance and service quality at selected merchant locations, particularly those identified as problematic.
  • Identify and generate new merchant leads and partnership opportunities during visits to existing merchants at malls and other commercial areas.
  • Plan and manage daily schedules efficiently, balancing multiple merchant visits while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Represent the ENTERTAINER brand positively in all interactions, promoting a culture of excellence and strong relationships with merchants.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • A valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.
