Merchandiser - Retail Operations Specialist
Company: A growing retail chain in Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)


We are a fast-growing retail chain in Abu Dhabi and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently. This role is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the store manager
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Provide training and support to store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and assortment based on customer demand

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or merchandising role
