Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, and Middle Eastern flavors.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
