Dubai and Northern Emirates Medical Rep
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory management and strategic customer engagement.
- Marketing products and visiting doctors as per weekly and monthly plans.
- Selling the companys products to hospitals pharmacies and other relevant healthcare institutions.
- Strategically plan and manage appointments with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent product promotion and relationship development.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of company products.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to ensure long term client satisfaction and brand loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
- Conduct group meetings and proactively engage with potential clients identified by the company to convert their interest to business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the companys product portfolio including indications competitive positioning and clinical data.
- Deliver insightful sales performance analyses to support strategic decision making and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit structured daily weekly and monthly performance reports to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Gather and communicate actionable market intelligence including customer insights competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Competitor analysis.
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the companys business strategies.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience as a successful Medical Representative.
- A bachelors degree in a field related to medicine.
- Experience in the UAE market is a must.
- Knowledge of Oral and Injectable lines.
- Previous experience with Orthopedics Gynecologists and Neurologists is preferred.
- Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
- Understands healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant markets.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated resilience in complex environments.
- Demonstrated high learning agility.
- Business fluency in Arabic and English
