The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, along with robust leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in automotive training, ideally in sales or aftersales functions.
• Proven success in managing large-scale regional training programs in multicultural environments.
• Experience operating in the Middle East and Africa with strong awareness of cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute distributor training programs across MEA and CIS.
• Deliver targeted sales and product training to dealer/distributor partners.
• Measure the effectiveness of training through feedback data and KPIs.
• Engage with regional leadership to align on learning priorities.
