Job summary

An international food-service group is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide customer support and manage sales operations for the Middle East region. You will be responsible for order management, customer relationship handling, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination within the food industry, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills in English, while Arabic is a plus. This is an office-based position located in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in sales coordination or customer service in the food industry.
• Proven exposure to GCC / Middle East markets.
• Excellent English; Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and customer inquiries for key accounts.
• Coordinate with operations for product availability and dispatch.
• Maintain sales trackers and prepare reports for the sales team.
