Job summary

A leading diversified business group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive market expansion across the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of export sales experience, particularly in FMCG or industrial sectors. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of export documentation. A competitive salary of AED 25K-30K plus commissions will be offered.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years proven experience in export sales, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade.
  • Proven ability to grow markets and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets across MEA regions.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms to maximize profitability.
