Job Title: Marketing Manager – Events (B2C / B2B)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2C and B2B live events, sports events, and corporate/community engagement. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing strategy and execution for large-scale events, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and ticket sales. This role requires expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns, with a proven ability to drive audience growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for B2C and B2B events, including live shows, sports activations, and corporate/community events.
- Manage digital and social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter) to build event awareness, drive engagement, and convert followers into attendees.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials (content, visuals, videos, emailers, press releases, landing pages) to support event promotions.
- Build and maintain community engagement plans, leveraging partnerships, influencers, and local networks to grow audience participation.
- Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM) to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, event organizers, agencies, and sponsors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (ticket sales, engagement rates, lead generation).
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tools to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within an events agency, live events, sports events, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record in B2C marketing campaigns and community-driven engagement.
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, including content creation, paid campaigns, and analytics.
- Knowledge of B2B event marketing is an advantage (exhibitions, trade shows, conferences).
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
