Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Supervisor - Cafe at AL Gahwa AL Arabiya, located in Abu Dhabi. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, managing a team of staff, ensuring top-tier customer service, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality. Responsibilities also include inventory monitoring, scheduling, and addressing customer concerns to ensure a welcoming and positive environment. The Supervisor will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency while fostering team collaboration.
