Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, product portfolio management and growth strategies to stay competitive.
- Drive trade marketing plans to boost in‑store visibility, promotions and consumer engagement.
- Brand Management – Oversee brand communication, advertising campaigns (ATL/BTL) and new product launches.
- Track brand performance, consumer insights and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work with agencies, media partners and digital teams for effective marketing campaigns.
- Trade Marketing & Sales Support – Create trade marketing programs to drive sales in Modern Trade, General Trade and new channels.
- Ensure strong retail execution, promotions and shelf visibility.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing plans with customer needs.
- Market & Consumer Insights – Analyze market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Use insights to guide product innovation, pricing and market expansion.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high performance.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to execute marketing plans smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of FMCG marketing experience.
- Strong background in Trade Marketing, Branding and Category Management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, shopper marketing or omnichannel strategies is a plus.
