We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with strong 360° marketing understanding and hands-on experience in retail/consumer brands across Digital, Offline, BTL and PR activities. The role requires someone who can manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate internal & external partners, support content and creative development, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns across all touchpoints.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand plans, manage marketing assets, coordinate with malls & vendors, support content creation & coordination, and ensure flawless campaign execution across retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns (retail, digital, offline, influencer & reviewer communications, PR, seasonal marketing and launch events).
- Coordinate with the branding team, designers, agencies, and mall marketing teams to ensure timely rollout of all creatives & assets.
- Prepare campaign requirement sheets, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance by gathering reports from internal teams and partners and compile reports.

Creative & Content Support
- Communicate content requirements clearly to internal design teams/agencies.
- Assist in managing operations:
- Social media posts
- Website updates
- Announcements & invitations
- Packaging, samplers, gift cards, and print assets
- Content for - Digital ads (Meta, Google), WhatsApp & emailers
- Coordinate approvals and ensure messaging consistency across all collaterals.

Mall, Retail & Vendor Coordination
- Support on communication with malls for:
- Promotional stand leasing
- Digital screens & in-mall branding
- New store activations, product launches, and events
- Handle negotiations, documentation, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, inventory, and quality teams for campaign execution.
- Support in coordinating with distribution partners (Faces, Golden Scent, Nice One, etc.) for listing, stock, marketing assets, and required approvals.

Event & Launch Support
- Managing the execution requirements for key brand events:
- Creating and managing a checklist with fragrance houses, suppliers, agencies, and event partners.
- Handle invitations, follow-ups, guest lists, and on-ground support.
- Ensure all guidelines, branding instructions, and deliverables are executed accurately.

Influencer & PR Coordination
- Support Social Media team on influencer partnerships across GCC & international markets.
- Handle product dispatch, invitations, unpaid gifting, and follow-up for coverage.
- Coordinate with PR agencies for press kits, press releases, magazines, online features, and TV partnerships.
- Track media placements, executing monthly PR calendars, and ensure timely publishing.

Admin, Reporting & Cross-Functional Communication
- Manage weekly trackers, Excel sheets, campaign calendars, and reports.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, partner pitches and new marketing campaigns.
- Manage LPOs, payment follow-ups, and documentation for marketing spends.
- Conduct SOH checks, stock coordination, and ensure readiness for campaigns.
- Maintain smooth internal communication with Procurement, Branding, Inventory, Quality, and Warehouse teams.

Must-Have Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of 360° marketing (digital + retail + events).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, basic formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic content writing ability.
- Experience coordinating with malls and retail partners.
- Exposure to influencer marketing & PR.
- Familiarity with fragrance or beauty industry workflows.
