  • Support the delivery of events, pop ups, and community moments end to end
  • Manage timelines and task lists across multiple teams and partners
  • Act as a key point of connection between marketing, creative, and operations
  • Assist with product launches, gifting, and partnership activities
  • Organize assets and calendars to help the team move faster and stay calm
  • Capture learnings and content from live events for wider marketing use
