We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager to join our Public Private Partnership team within the Commercial & Investment department.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of investment systems, manage partnerships with the private sector, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans that support financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and management of partnership contracts with the private sector, ensuring alignment with the approved investment plan.
  • Lead contract negotiations, evaluate risks, and ensure the implementation of corrective plans for partnership projects.
  • Conduct market and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities and structure financing options.
  • Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders to achieve financial sustainability and meet strategic objectives.
  • Supervise project bids, manage investor relations, and maintain compliance with local and international standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
