About the business area

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Portfolio Management team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:
  • Support the day ‑ to ‑ day management, monitoring and reporting of the Bank’s securitization exposures and facilities (e.g., senior securitization warehouses, receivables finance, asset backed finance), ensuring accurate classification, robust monitoring, timely regulatory capital inputs, and clear internal reporting.
  • Lead day ‑ to ‑ day monitoring of securitization exposures and facilities: collect and sense check servicer/trustee reports and loan ‑ level data, review waterfalls and borrowing ‑ base calculations, validate eligibility tests and trigger/covenant checks, investigate inconsistencies, and produce a clear monthly monitoring report with commentary, flagging any actions and/or areas of concern.
  • Ensure deals are correctly identified and booked across bank systems and that core reference data is accurate. Actively prepare and review dashboards and deliver timely MIS to stakeholders (utilisation, performance metrics, capital inputs) whilst maintain a strong evidence trail for reviewers.
  • Prepare and maintain inputs for securitization capital calculations (e.g., SEC ‑ SA/SEC ‑ ERBA components), evidence due ‑ diligence/operational requirements, contribute to guidance notes/SOPs and documentation for processes to remain compliant both internally and externally.
  • Act as the day ‑ to ‑ day contact for Group Finance, Group Risk and Credit, CAD/Operations, Product Governance, Investment Banking and Originators / Agents; support new and existing transactions management and drive timely closure of issues and actions. The role partners closely with Business Units, Finance, Credit Risk, CAD/Operations, Product Governance and Investment Banking to keep transactions compliant with documentation, internal policies and applicable capital standards (CBUAE SEC ‑ SA/SEC ‑ ERBA).
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Banking or lending setting and/or training with experience in investment strategies and risk management.
  • Microsoft Office (Word; excel & PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Python and data ‑ viz (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
