About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Leads visibility, positioning, and storytelling for Rooms, F&B, and Wellness by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and always-on content to drive brand awareness and commercial performance.
  • Supports and collaborates with the Director of Marketing on resort-wide strategies, multi-channel marketing plans, performance tracking, and delivery of measurable annual property marketing initiatives.
  • Manages digital marketing activities—including SEM, SEO, Metasearch, social media, website/OTA content, CRM communications—and works with agencies to optimize campaigns within budget.
  • Drives content creation, social media management, influencer collaborations, media hosting, and PR alignment to enhance visibility, differentiate offerings, and meet MIV and engagement targets.
  • Ensures strong cross-department coordination (Rooms, F&B, Spa) to align messaging, guest communication, on-property visibility, and execution of promotions, events, and internal activations.
  • Conducts reporting and analytics, including campaign performance, competitor insights, trend analysis, and ROI measurement while managing supplier relationships and sourcing strategic partnerships.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a recognized blue-chip organization, technology company, search engine optimizer, etc
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong affiliation with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.
  • Good understanding of core hotel operations.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise marketing analytics implementation and marketing planning skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Analytics
