Job summary

Whats On Your Plate

Performance Monitoring & Improvement

  • Continuously assess vendor performance data identifying trends and areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions to drive operational excellence.

  • Develop marketspecific strategies considering local operating environments customers and vendor capabilities to drive operational excellence.

  • Establish performance targets key metrics and lead initiatives to ensure their successful achievement.

Problem Solving Data Analysis & Product

  • Conduct indepth root cause analyses on operational inefficiencies affecting partner performance

  • Develop databacked scalable solutions to optimize partner performance

  • Utilize data analytics to assess market performance identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with data teams to build advanced dashboards for reporting & enabling actionable insights

  • Identify product opportunity to improve partner performance & drive them to fruition through cross functional collaboration keep holistic business impact in perspective while doing so

  • Run A/B tests and pilots to validate solutions before fullscale implementation.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Drive regional initiatives to improve vendor performance across markets ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact.

  • Work crossfunctionally with country logistics teams (including Directors of Logistics and Performance Managers) regional teams (Customer Experience Partner Growth) central DH teams (Product Operations) to align on key initiatives

What Did We Order

  • 4 years of experience in management consulting tech startups or operations roles.

  • Previous experience in the groceries retail and food delivery landscape across diverse markets will be an added advantage

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with experience of influencing & aligning stakeholders in a cross functional environment

  • Experience of developing and executing successful operational strategies in a multimarket environment is a plus

  • Experience with Tableau Data studio or similar reporting and visualization tools skills is plus

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English
