Union Properties is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing upgrading and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.

Key Requirements

• Strong Dubai experience is a MUST
• Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA RTA Etisalat DU Dubai Municipality etc.)
• Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads utilities networks services)
• Lead design review coordination and approvals with consultants and authorities
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
• Coordinate with internal teams consultants contractors and authorities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations standards and authority requirements
• Monitor project timelines budgets risks and quality
• Support handover testing commissioning and close-out activities
