A global hospitality company is seeking a Manager of HR System to oversee the design and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves system configuration, payroll processing, and driving HR process optimization across a multi-site environment. Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the Manager, HR System will oversee the design, configuration, and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across our brands and our workforce. This role ensures the system enables efficient HR processes and operations, accurate payroll processing, and an exceptional employee experience.
The role requires hands‑on expertise across all SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and the holder of the role will configure system changes, deploy new functionality and/or modules, and manage integrations with third‑party payroll platforms. Strong communication skills, a collaborative working style, and the ability to partner with HR, IT, and resort HR teams are essential.
