Job summary

A leading airline in the UAE is looking for a sales professional to support key accounts and contribute to business growth. You will develop sales activity plans and maintain relationships with customers. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and has at least 5 years of relevant work experience. This role is pivotal to achieving the airline's ambitious growth targets.

Purpose

Support and execute sales activities for assigned key accounts within the region. Assist in managing customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and achieving Etihad Cargo’s revenue and growth targets.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales activity plans to meet assigned targets.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and market data to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned customers to promote Etihad Cargo products and services.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to support business growth.
  • Help manage existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Gather competitor and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Global Key Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery of agreed services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce) and ensure timely updates.
  • Support the negotiation and renewal of commercial agreements under supervision, ensuring compliance with Etihad Cargo policies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular performance reports and sales reviews.
Education & Experience
  • Educated with a minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
