A leading property developer in Dubai is seeking a Manager to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue through effective channel strategies. The role focuses on establishing relationships with partners, monitoring their performance, and providing necessary training and support. Key responsibilities include devising sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring internal collaboration for achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in relationship management and have a proven track record in sales growth.
Establish and nurture strong collaborative relationships with channel partners.
Design and implement channel strategies set sales goals and create programs to achieve these goals and drive revenue growth.
Identify and onboard new channel partners and provide them with training on products services and effective selling techniques.
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback and support to help partners meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop personalized sales strategies coordinate joint marketing efforts and provide resources to help partners sell the companys products or services effectively.
Work closely with internal teams including sales and marketing to ensure alignment between channel activities and overall business objectives.
Address and resolve channel conflicts issues or concerns to maintain smooth operations and positive partner relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends competitive activities and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Ability to reach out and schedule minimum 5 meetings a day. Focused approach toward training new channel partners and existing channel partners tailored to their needs.
