Overview
The Manager, Business System & Solution, is responsible for overseeing and managing all automation and digital solutions for PDE. This includes ensuring that these solutions are continuously improved and aligned with company IT and Cyber Security standards, as well as regulatory requirements. The role also involves training and mentoring project teams on PDE systems and tools, establishing system environments for new projects, and maintaining licenses and administration roles. The Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of these systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate all automation and digital solutions for PDE: manage existing solutions, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with IT and Cyber Security standards and regulatory requirements: ensure all systems and solutions comply with internal IT and Cyber Security standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor project teams on PDE systems and tools: provide training and mentorship to project teams, ensuring proficiency in PDE systems and tools.
- Establish system environments for new projects: set up necessary system environments that meet required standards and are ready for use.
- Maintain licenses and administration roles: keep licenses up to date and manage administration roles to maintain system integrity and security.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in relevant areas such as IT Management, Cyber Security, or Project Management are preferred.
Minimum experience:
- 7-10 years of experience managing business systems and solutions, with a focus on automation and digital tools.
- Proven experience aligning systems with IT and Cyber Security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor project teams on systems and tools.
- Experience establishing system environments for new projects and maintaining licenses and administrative controls.
