Key Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to the engineering team based on the daily work schedule ensuring timely execution of planned maintenance guest requests and emergency responses.
• Supervise the engineering team to ensure effective and high-quality completion of all duties.
• Collaborate with other operational departments to provide necessary engineering support for smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain air conditioning water supply and fire safety systems in accordance with required standards.
• Maintain close coordination with all hotel departments to ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the work of external contractors and represent the hotels interests during projects or repairs.
• Support external inspectors during audits inspections and certification processes.
• Prepare clear and concise technical reports on engineering activities incidents and maintenance records.

Qualifications

At least High vocational Certificate in Electrical Power Technology or related field
