Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai is looking for a Reservations Agent to manage customer inquiries and maximize room revenue. This full-time position involves converting telephone inquiries into bookings while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hotel Management, fluency in English and Russian, and at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel. Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office is also required. The role does not allow remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Russian, written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Reservations role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Good understanding of local culture and previous regional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer inquiries related to room reservations.
• Maximize room revenue by converting inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accuracy of the PMS database.
