Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
  • Understanding of payroll and purchasing systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Housekeeping Office operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative assistance including call management and filing.
  • Log and action all maintenance and cleaning operations.
  • Inventory housekeeping supplies and order as required.
  • Update housekeeping assignments throughout the day.
