Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Training experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
• Proven track record in a multicultural, high-volume luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards is advantageous.

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador by embedding FIVE’s Service Culture.
• Develop training materials that reflect FIVE’s authentic voice.
• Facilitate workshops that refine grooming and communication styles.
