Job summary

A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking a Lubricant Sales Executive to spearhead sales and business development. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of B2C retail sales experience in the UAE, particularly in the automotive aftermarket, along with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring optimal product visibility at retail points. A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail outlets, multi-brand car service centers, quick lube shops, and automotive parts distributors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for volumes and value.
  • Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, and promotional contracts with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute channel-specific sales plans to penetrate assigned territories.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2C accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and preventing churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and mechanics to become their preferred lubricant supplier.
Trade Marketing & In-Store Execution (P.O.S.)
  • Ensure optimal product visibility through effective shelf management, rack placement, and branding at retail points.
  • Plan and execute local promotional activities
  • Ensure adequate stock levels at retail points
  • Distribute and install marketing materials (posters, banners, wobblers, dummy packs).
Training & Support
  • Conduct product knowledge training for counter staff and mechanics at retail locations to influence recommendation at the point of sale.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2C / retail sales experience in the UAE market.

Non-negotiable: Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket– preferably with lubricants, batteries, tires, or auto parts.

Established network of contacts with automotive retailers, service centers, or parts distributors is a significant advantage.

Licenses: Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
