A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking a Lubricant Sales Executive to spearhead sales and business development. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of B2C retail sales experience in the UAE, particularly in the automotive aftermarket, along with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring optimal product visibility at retail points. A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2C / retail sales experience in the UAE market.
Non-negotiable: Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket– preferably with lubricants, batteries, tires, or auto parts.
Established network of contacts with automotive retailers, service centers, or parts distributors is a significant advantage.
Licenses: Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
