Job summary

A prominent hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent. The ideal candidate should possess prior guest service experience and strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities include providing professional and engaging service to guests, assisting with inquiries about hotel facilities, and resolving complaints. Candidates should have at least a year of relevant experience and demonstrate excellent guest service skills. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
• Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
• Engage in conversation with first time visitors showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies and procedures
• Resolve guests complaints/requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate followup
• Report any unusual occurrences or request to manager
• Be aware of the hotel accident prevention policies

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills

Additional Information
