• Our Lobby Hosts are responsible for providing assistance and support to all Residents their families and guests in the Lobby as well as on the Forecourt or on the Amenity levels of The Lana Residences all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Your responsibilities will be to deliver collect and store luggage and packages for the Residents their family and guests and ensure this is done seamlessly and efficiently allowing for any retrieval to be easy for any other team member.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving an even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Residence Concierge.
• Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Lobby Host youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
