• Oversee daily leisure, recreation, and adventure activities, including outdoor and nature-based experiences
• Lead and inspire the leisure team to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable guest journeys
• Design and enhance adventure programs such as hiking, mountain biking, archery, wellness activities, and family recreation
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, risk assessments, and operational SOPs
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously evolve activities to exceed expectations
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and Resort Operations to create seamless guest experiences
• Manage scheduling, equipment, inventory, and operational costs

• Proven experience in Leisure, Recreation, or Adventure Operations Management within a hotel or resort
• Passion for outdoor activities, wellness, and experiential hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-engagement skills
• Knowledge of activity safety regulations and risk management
• Hands‑on, adaptable, and confident working in a fast‑paced resort environment
