About the Client:

A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers.

Job Description:

  • Provide accurate legal advice, ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Handle all legal cases, disputes, investigations involving the center, draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and legal documents while safeguarding the company’s interests.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports, memoranda, Board meeting minutes, official company records, ensuring accuracy, proper maintenance, and timely submission.
  • Manage the Legal Department team, oversee internal investigations, support regulatory, operational compliance, follow up on administrative decisions, and submit periodic reports on legal matters and performance.
