Job summary

A relocation company based in Ras al-Khaimah is looking for a skilled coordinator to manage office relocations. The successful candidate will work closely with management to prepare leases, negotiate with tenants, and oversee the entire relocation process. Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as prior experience with Salesforce and SAP, are essential. This role also requires excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the team & management to identify offices to be relocated
  • Prepare lease addendums for relocation
  • Contact and negotiate existing tenant for relocation and ensure signed documentation digitally
  • Assigning new units to lease contract in the systems (SF & SAP)
  • Coordinate with Operation Dept to move furniture/Items/company tags and clear the offices
  • Coordinate with TSS to close existing units & create new office units
  • Manage the end-to-end relocation process
Skills
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Presentable and good communicator
  • Prior experience in Salesforce & SAP
  • Prior experience in Customer Handling
  • Real estate experience would be advantageous but is not a essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
