Job summary

A leading infrastructure management firm in Dubai is seeking a Workshop Manager to ensure the smooth and safe operation of vehicles and machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering along with 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or heavy equipment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in workshop or fleet maintenance management.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle, machinery, and equipment maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure prompt response to breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Manage day-to-day workshop operations including manpower allocation.
• Monitor asset condition and maintenance history.
• Coordinate with operations teams for maintenance activities.
