Overview

• Oversee and perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on outboard and inboard marine engines.
• Lead and supervise a team of marine technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring high service quality.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of marine engines with strong skills in using Mercury diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical components of Mercury motors.
• Identify and resolve engine issues efficiently through advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and provide detailed reports to management or customers.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and promote a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns, explaining repairs and offering performance recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest marine industry technologies through ongoing training and certifications.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills to motivate and guide technicians.
