Job description

As a Lead Sales Executive reporting to Senior Director, sales for the Middle East & Africa at Nasdaq FinTech, you’ll play a meaningful role in working to get new customers for Axiom SL business in Middle East & Africa region. Your focus will be on promoting and selling our comprehensive range of Nasdaq AxiomSL solutions to new customers across the region.

You’ll thrive in this position if you’re communicative and strong in the sales in Financial and Capital markets, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for technology and innovation to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new‑logo acquisition for Nasdaq AxiomSL by engaging banks, regulators, and financial institutions across the Middle East & Africa through a consultative selling approach.
  • Engage clients to understand regulatory reporting, risk, and data challenges, positioning Nasdaq AxiomSL as a strategic, mission critical solution.
  • Be responsible for the full enterprise sales cycle for Nasdaq AxiomSL, from target account identification and qualification through commercial negotiation and contract execution.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders across compliance, risk, finance, and technology, navigating complex decision‑making structures.
  • Partner closely with internal Nasdaq teams across pre‑sales, product, marketing, and other functions to develop compelling value propositions and close new customer opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Confirmed sales professional with understanding of the full sales cycle and experience leading forward‑thinking sales initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship‑builder with strong stakeholder‑management skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, upbeat, and proactive, with the ability to drive projects forward.
  • Familiar with Capital Markets, regulatory/compliance environments, and proficient in Salesforce.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), several years of relevant confirmed experience, strong English proficiency, and willingness to travel periodically.

This position will be located in Dubai and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
