Lead Product Designer (Web3/DeFi)

Location: Remote – US/Europe/Latam/Dubai (5‑hour overlap with EST). Compensation: $150K – $200K (depending on experience).

We are building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. As the founding Lead Product Designer, you will shape the user experience, brand, and design system from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire user experience, brand identity, and design system for the protocol.
• Foster design thinking, simplicity, and clarity across all product touchpoints in the DeFi ecosystem.
• Lead end‑to‑end design from initial research and conceptualisation to shipping production‑ready interfaces.
• Deliver incredible designs quickly and iterate rapidly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex protocol mechanics into intuitive user flows.
• Build exceptional, simple, and delightful experiences in a complex Web3 ecosystem.
• Own the design process end‑to‑end: research, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, implementation, and testing.
• Take full ownership of the product’s design vision during high ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex crypto or fintech products.
• Deeply empathise with the end‑user and champion simplicity and clarity in product design.
• Proven ability to own and deliver across the full spectrum of design: UX, UI, and Brand Design.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality designs quickly and iterating rapidly based on user feedback.
• Experience owning design problems end‑to‑end: research, wireframes, prototypes, implementation, testing.
