  • Deliver expert care to high-acuity pediatric patients in the PICU
  • Perform advanced procedures : mechanical ventilation, ECMO, invasive monitoring
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Design individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical education programs
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and uphold international care standards
  • Participate in clinical research and stay current with PICU advancements
📋 Qualifications & Experience
