Job summary

A leading food technology company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a candidate with 8 to 10 years of experience in chocolate and bakery applications. Responsibilities include leading innovation in Spray Drying Technology and developing powdered food products. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Food Science and demonstrate strong product knowledge and new product development skills.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in chocolate and bakery application as well as technology.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, reflect & practice the company's vision & values.
  • Lead innovation & New Technology Objectives for Spray Drying Technology.
  • Carry out Pilot Spray Drying Trials to develop powdered products.
  • Develop Specification sheets, SOP, and nutritional facts.
  • Continuously benchmark competing products for functionality.
