Job summary

A global engineering group is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead the engineering and construction of HV, MV, and LV systems in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold an Electrical Engineering degree with over 15 years of experience in power generation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects for a sustainable future, based on-site in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience on power generation projects, including PP-CCGT.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems and protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering and construction for HV, MV, LV and auxiliaries.
• Review electrical design, SLDs, cable schedules and protection schemes.
• Supervise installation of switchgear, transformers, UPS, cabling and earthing.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, grid requirements and quality standards.
• Support energization and commissioning of electrical systems.
