JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital & AI Engineer to lead the integration of advanced digital technologies into our engineering and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for combining 3D modeling Building Information Modeling (BIM) Digital Twins Artificial Intelligence (AI) Virtual Reality (VR) and Drone Technology to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of engineering expertise IT proficiency AI application and cybersecurity awareness to ensure secure scalable and intelligent solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3D & BIM Integration
  • Develop manage and integrate 3D models with intelligent information systems such as BIM.
  • Enable interoperability between design construction and asset management platforms.
• Digital Twins & AI
  • Design implement and maintain Digital Twin solutions to simulate monitor and optimize assets.
  • Apply AI algorithms for predictive analytics process optimization and smart automation.
• Emerging Technologies
  • Leverage Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) tools for visualization training and immersive project delivery.
  • Deploy and integrate drone technology for surveying inspection and data collection.
• Cybersecurity & Systems Integration
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are embedded into digital and AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to safeguard hardware software and cloud-based platforms.
• Innovation & Digital Transformation
  • Support digital transformation strategies and contribute to developing smart infrastructure initiatives.
  • Research and pilot new AI-driven technologies to improve business efficiency and project outcomes.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams IT specialists and project managers to ensure successful technology adoption.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to internal stakeholders on digital and AI tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or Engineering disciplines with specialization in AI Digital Engineering or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in BIM 3D modeling and Digital Twins deployment.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML applications VR/AR and drones technology.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices (hardware and software).
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation or smart infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in BIM tools (Autodesk Revit Navisworks etc.).
  • AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).
  • VR/AR development platforms (Unity Unreal Engine).
  • Drone technology and data analytics software.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or Google Cloud).
