You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Laundry Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

• To ensure that all guest and other hotel laundry is processed quickly and efficiently in line with the laundry requirements.
• To ensure the safe storage care and use of any chemicals to protect themselves and colleagues from incorrect or dangerous usage.
• Use the laundry machines in line with their operating instructions taking account of weight restrictions and other requirements.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Take ownership of guests privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
