AtkinsRalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9years of onsite experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Technical Competencies

• Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership).

• Candidates will ideally have minimum 9 years relevant working experience in Landscape.

• Architecture Site Supervision documentation and site implementation.

• In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.

• Attending to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.

• Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.

Behavioral Competencies

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English essential.

• Will be capable of working on their own or within/leading a small team of like discipline individuals and creating designs relevant to Middle East environment.
