You will also deliver proactive and tailored VIP support managing audio‑visual equipment and conference room technologies to ensure an optimal user experience, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents, prioritize and escape issues per BH guidelines, and adhere to all IT service processes, policies and safety standards.
