We are hiring a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, and marinating
• Help in setting up the kitchen before service
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure all items are properly sanitized
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support the cooking staff during busy hours
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Perform any other duties assigned by the chef or supervisor

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory
