We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children visiting our facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well‑being and entertainment of our young guests while providing exceptional customer service to their families.

• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate activities, games, and educational programs
• Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns and providing updates on their children's experiences
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs and incident reports
• Collaborate with the Events & Entertainment team to organize special activities and themed events
• Ensure all equipment and toys are properly maintained, clean, and in good working condition
• Enforce Kids Club rules and regulations consistently and fairly
• Assist in inventory management of toys and supplies, reporting any needs for replacements or additions
• Stay informed about facility offerings, promotions, and pricing to answer parent inquiries accurately
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, early childhood education, or a related field
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or similar childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with children and creating engaging activities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, empathetic, and supportive demeanor
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Turkish, are a plus
