What you will do

• Assist in daily kitchen management and staff supervision.
• Execute and maintain pan-Asian menu quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and develop new dishes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance skill levels.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock control and ordering.
• Ensure consistent food preparation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Support maintaining efficient kitchen workflows during service hours.

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or equivalent setting.
• Strong background in pan-Asian (Japanese / Indonesian / Thai) cuisine techniques and flavours.
• Experience working in multicultural and diverse team environments.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively under pressure.
