Data Management and Exchange:

• Ensure the models contain accurate and up-to-date information and facilitate the exchange of data with engineers architects and other project stakeholders.
• Adding Cobie parameters to 3D model in Revit/BIM as per industry standard

Compliance and Accuracy:

• Verify that the models adhere to project specifications regulations and Schindlers standards.

Clash Detection and Resolution:

• Utilize the models to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different building components and work with relevant parties to resolve them.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various teams including design engineering and construction to ensure seamless integration of Schindlers products into building projects.

Project Support:

• Provide BIM-related support throughout the project lifecycle from design and planning to construction and maintenance.
