SECONDARY PHYSICS TEACHER - AUGUST 2026

Location & Start

The school is located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Location: The new world-class campuses, located on the picturesque east coast of the United Arab Emirates in Kalba. Location Note: This is a more rural location.
Start Date: August 2026
Contract Length: 2 years
Working Hours: 4 day week - Monday to Thursday

Curriculum & Experience

Curriculum: Australian / Inquiry based is preferred. Priority will be given to teachers who have taught in the UAE before.

Qualifications
  • Australian or NZ curriculum experience preferred; however applicants with strong previous teaching experience can be considered
  • Bachelor of Education or Science degree + PGCE or equivalent. Degree must match teaching subject
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (will consider less on case by case basis)
  • Preferred registration as a professional teacher (i.e., VIT, QTS, etc)
  • Applicants must have a relevant teaching qualification (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
