Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, laptops, desktops.
• Maintain and support CCTV systems, cameras, punch-in/biometric systems.
• Install, update, and configure software, drivers, and operating systems.
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues.
• Unlock/reset passwords on locked computers (authorized cases only).
